Chocolate & Coffee Farm Experience
On a family farm in the shadow of Tenorio Volcano, chocolate and coffee still begin the way they always have — by hand, over a wood fire, with no factory in sight. You'll crack open ripe cacao pods straight from the tree, roast and grind the beans by hand, and taste chocolate that's still warm. Then it's coffee's turn: from red cherry to roasted cup, and a press of fresh sugarcane to sweeten it all. It's slow, hands-on, and delicious — an easy hour and a half to taste Costa Rica from the source.
